Returns, Refunds & Replacements
To avoid devaluing artisans wage, we only accept returns if the product is damaged or defective, and if it is unused, in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged and intact with all packaging bags/tags), within 7 days of delivery.
If you receive a damaged item, please email us at info@koibykanchi.com within 24–48 hours of delivery. Kindly attach clear images showing the damage so our quality team can review and verify the claim. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement.
Please note that returns, refunds, or replacements are not available for purchases made during sale periods.
Customized individual items or customized bulk gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
Bundles
If a damaged product is part of a set, the complete set must be returned to process a replacement or refund. We request that the full set be kept intact to ensure a smooth return procedure.
Cancellations or Modifications
Order can only be cancelled if not invoiced. If the products are invoiced, order cannot be cancelled.
To request for cancellation or order modification, write to us within 12-18 hrs of order placement.
Changes in Order Information
If you have entered an incorrect PIN code or contact number, please email us at info@koibykanchi.com at the earliest. We can update the details only if the order has not yet been processed by our shipping partner (i.e. while the order status is still unfulfilled).
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days, unless stated otherwise on the website. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on the destination PIN code.
Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Unexpected situations such as strikes or operational shutdowns will also be treated as non-working days and may affect timelines.
On the day of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to contact you via call or SMS. The courier will make up to three delivery attempts. If they are unable to reach you, the order will be returned to us.
Shipping Charges (PAN India)
- Prepaid orders above Rs999- Free
- Prepaid orders below Rs150- shipping is calculated at checkout based on PIN code

International Shipping
International orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination country.
Shipping costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout. The number of items in your order may also influence the shipping fee.
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes must be borne by the buyer. Koi team is not responsible for delays caused during customs clearance.
Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable for international orders.
